Managing your Tracksales subscription and billing is straightforward. This guide covers everything you need to know about your account billing.

1. Viewing Your Subscription

To see your current plan:

  • Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription
  • View your current plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise)
  • See billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
  • Check next billing date
  • View plan features and limits

2. Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Go to Billing & Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Review pricing and features
  5. Confirm upgrade
  6. Changes take effect immediately

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

3. Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower plan:

  • Go to Billing & Subscription
  • Click "Change Plan"
  • Select a lower plan
  • Review what features you'll lose
  • Confirm downgrade
  • Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period

4. Managing Payment Methods

7. Switching Billing Cycle

Change between monthly and annual billing:

  • Switch from monthly to annual to save up to 20%
  • Or switch from annual to monthly for flexibility
  • Changes take effect on your next billing date
  • Prorated adjustments are made automatically
